Here is the recipe… 1/2 cup hot water 2 tablespoons sugar 1/2 cup washing up liquid 1 cup of cold water Dissolve the sugar in the hot water. Add the washing up liquid to a bowl and slowly add the cooled down sugar mixture. Then slowly add the cold water.
